Provisional Quotation

Based on the details you provide, we prepare a clear quotation estimate for the polishing work. This gives you a realistic budget before we arrange a site visit. If the estimate works for you, we move to the next stage.

Site Visit and Test Patch

Once you are happy with the quotation, we visit the site to inspect the concrete slab in person. We assess the condition of the floor, discuss your expectations, and carry out a small test grind or test patch if required. This confirms the finish you want is achievable.

Preparation and Grinding

We remove any existing coatings and begin the grinding process using industrial diamond tools. The floor is refined through progressively finer grits to expose the aggregate and create the chosen finish.

Densification and Sealing

A liquid densifier is applied to strengthen the concrete surface. The floor is then polished and protected with a penetrating sealer or guard to improve durability, stain resistance, and shine.
